A Proud Tradition!
For over a century, children everywhere have dreamed of becoming
Babe Ruth, Joe DiMaggio, Cy Young or Mickey mantle.
It's no different right here in Janesville. Since 1958, the
dreams and fun of big league baseball has been brought to
Janesville Youth through the non-profit Janesville Youth
Baseball (JYB). Today nearly 550 athletes from ages 9-15
annually participate on dozens of teams.
Through dedicated volunteer parental guidance, our youth are
enjoying both the spirit and excitement of traditional big
league baseball as well as learning the lifetime values of
leadership, commitment and team effort.
